Paulino Ramírez Granados and others illegally smuggled young women into the United States, where they were forced to work as prostitutes.
Edgar Valdez Villareal, known as "La Barbie," and Carlos Montemayor González were among 13 people extradited to the U.S. from Mexico last week to face charges.
The extraditions had been in the works long before Guzmán's escape, and that U.S. and Mexican authorities had earlier agreed to speed up the process.
"I am grateful to our Mexican counterparts" U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said.
Édgar Valdez Villarreal faces drug-trafficking charges in Texas, Louisiana and Georgia.
This is the second arrest warrant for extradition issued in less than two months against the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel.
The U.S. government described Jairo Orellano as a violent drug trafficker who helped the Mexican Zetas cartel move cocaine through Guatemala.
