From October 15 to 17, the festival Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica will take place. As in every edition, Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit will host over 40 national and international chefs with several awards like Michelin stars , Repsol Suns , and places among The 50 Best Restaurants ' list.
“There will be experimental chefs with Michelin stars and Repsol suns, such as Ángel León, Andoni Luis Aduriz or Diego Gallegos, from Brazil. From Mexico; Carlos Gaytán , who has a Michelin star; Paco Ruano ; Betty Vázquez ; David Cetina , from Yucatán; Lula Martínez del Campo and Susana Palazuelos ; among others", said Richard Zarkin , said the Riviera Nayarit's PR manager.
Besides the gala dinners, the festival's program is formed by conferences, wine tastings, workshops, tastings, and cooking shows ; activities of great interest for culinary students.
The Riviera Nayarit is one of the most important touristic places in the world, therefore, besides the culinary activities , the attendees will be able to enjoy the attractions it offers. Richard says that “they can visit the market by the sea, coastal towns, ride sailing boats.”
