When the former Bolivian President Evo Morales arrived in Mexico , it became quite evident that the Bolivian ambassador , José Crespo Fernández , was absent. According to diplomats, Mexican authorities didn't call the ambassador to invite him to welcome Evo Morales .

Felipe Fuentes Barrera, the president of the Electoral Tribuna l, talked about the crisis in Latin America . The magistrate said that when in any country, society has trustworthy electoral institutions , political stability is maintained. In the midst of turbulence and protests in Latin America, Felipe Fuentes presented his annual report to the Judiciary and took this opportunity to send a message about the need to build strong institutions and alerted that democracy and fragile and can suddenly disappear. Is this a reference to Bolivia or Evo Morales ?

A polemic outsourcing law

's initiative in regards to outsourcing was widely criticized by prominent lawyer Arturo Alcalde , who is also the father of Labor Minister María Luisa Alcalde . Arturo Alcalde said that the labor problems in the country won't be solved through the creation of restrictive laws but rather by enforcing the current laws. The lawyer said that the best would be to establish a deadline for outsourcing companies to abide to the law and to register all these companies. We've been called that Gómez Urrutia's initiative has been criticized and the question is if he will maintain in or if he will modify it.
Blockade outside the lower chamber
The lower chamber could take a break to solve the issue regarding the 2020 budget . We've been told that the scenario is complex for the lawmakers since there is a blockade in the San Lázaro offices, implemented by farmers who are demanding more resources. So far, the head of the lower chamber, Laura Rojas and Mario Delgado, Morena's leader, are working to solve the problem before November 15 but we've been told there are no alternative locations in case the issue isn't settled. On the other hand, it's quite possible that the budget commission won't be able to work today and the 2020 budget could be discussed until next Thursday or Friday.
