Mexican authorities want to dismantle the structure built by Óscar Andrés Flores , also known as “ ,” leader of the Unión Tepito cartel. On Thursday, officers from Mexico City's Citizen Security Ministry and Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office (FGR) arrested Jorge Luis Jordán “El Tío,” one of the main operators of “El Lunares.”

The arrest took place in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc borough.
