Francisco Ramírez
is no longer the Technical Director of the Dorados soccer team in Mexico , instead, former star Diego Armando Maradona will become its new manager. Upon ending their participation at Mexico’s Soccer League playing against the team from Veracruz, in which the football club from Sinaloa won and moved into the next round, a decision was made to change strategies.
The numbers of Dorados F.C. were not in favor of Ramírez’s performance as team manager, since in six days, he only accumulated 3 points out of the 18 available, leaving the team two places above the bottom in the final score with only two goals. On the other hand, during his participation in the cup, he led the team to the quarterfinals, but this was not enough to ensure his permanence.
Dorados F.C. confirmed the arrival of Diego Armando Maradona to the team through a press release published in their social media .
