Now, almost one year after her and amid the COVID-19 pandemic , Robles requested to be released from prison to face her trial but for the fourth time, a federal judge rejected her petition.

The federal judge dismissed the arguments presented by ’ team, who argued that the Santa Martha Acatitla prison is located in the Iztalapala borough, one of the areas with the largest number of COVID-19 cases in Mexico City.
