.- The governor of Sinaloa , Quirino Ordaz Coppel (from PRI political party), unveiled the new Pavilion of Mexico at the SIAL Expo in China, 2018 , showcasing several products from the state which are an example of what Mexico has to offer.

The products shown at this international fair, considered to be the most important in the world for the food industry, generate conditions for their promotion and positioning around the globe, potentially attracting investment to the state of Sinaloa, which has shown great productiveness in fishing, agricultural, and livestock activities.

“I’m glad that Mexico is present at this event, and I am very glad that it’s attracting business. We should expect further penetration into the great Asian market, with which we hope to increase sales,” stated the leader from the State of Sinaloa after unveiling the pavilion in representation of the Mexican government .

The politician assured that his administration tries its best to facilitate and promote the establishment of new businesses in the region. “We are always looking to open new windows of opportunity in the face of growing challenges in the international market,” he claimed.

The SIAL (Global Food Marketplace)

, is a great display window for wine and other beverages, as well as all kinds of food products. Over 100 people from 67 countries participate in this show, some as professional buyers, others as representatives for businesses from the food industry, like supermarkets, commercial agencies, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.

Some of the Sinaloan products being promoted are from local companies such as Salsa Culichi, Guacamaya Industries, Marba Foods, and Terra Wealth . Several Sinaloan businessmen accompanied governor Ordaz Coppel in the promotion of economic and touristic activities.
