Mothers of missing people in Mexico have gathered in Mexico City , at the Angel of Independence, demanding justice to authorities and urging them to find their missing children.

Members of Amnesty International and civil society organizations are accompanying the mothers' collective, which marched from the Mother's Monument to the Angel of Independence, as part of the VII March for National Dignity.

At the Angel of Independence, Amnesty International is expected to speak about enforced disappearances in Mexico.

Mexico City authorities estimate there are 600 protesters in Paseo de la Reforma.

The arrival of students from Jalisco, protesting against the murder of the three cinema students found murdered last April 25th.

A collective of mothers from the state of Chihuahua also left yesterday with the support of the Center for Human rights of Women to join the collective in Mexico City.
