On Monday, Mexico’s Foreign Affairs Minister Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón revealed Mexico will team up with Norway to develop a new vaccine against COVID-19 .

The Minister informed through his Twitter account that he had “a good conversation” with Norway’s Foreign Affairs Minister Ine Eriksen about the participation of our country at the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI). Both officials stressed their “excellent bilateral relationship.”

For its part, Norway also took to Twitter to say it looks forward to working closely with Mexico at the UN Security Council 2021-22.
