The National Museum of World Cultures will host the second gastronomic meeting " Persia: Flavors and wisdom ," which seeks to invite dialogue about the culinary traditions of Mexico and Iran .
From August 10 to 12 , in the Historic Center of Mexico City , specialists will address issues such as coffee consumption, the uses of spices, and medicinal herbs that unite both cultures.
In a statement, the museum explained that there would be four conferences, which will aim to reflect on the cultural ties between Iran and Mexico.
On Friday 10, at 3:00 p.m ., Shekoufeh Mohammadi will analyze the " Diet of the Persians in the ancient texts and narration " at the " Eusebio Dávalos " Room.

The conference " On the chinampa and the milpa " will take place on Friday 10, at 4:00 p.m ., in the museum's library, while at 5:30 p.m ., there will be an editorial presentation called " Traditional cooks of Tláhuac .”
