2018 Sundance Film Festival Awards
featured a Mexican film among its victors.
The film Tiempo Compartido (2018) -Time Share- directed by Sebastián Hofmann (Halley, Eco de la montaña) with a script by Julio Chavezmontes ( Opus Cero , Halley ) was awarded the World Cinema Dramatic Special Jury Award for Screenwriting during the ceremony held at Basin Recreation Fieldhouse in Park City, Utah.
The film is currently being exhibited at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
Tiempo Compartido
(Time Share, 2018) received funding from the Mexican Institute of Cinematography (IMCINE) via Eficine 189 Productions, while Sundance acknowledgement has been celebrated in social media by Mexico Minister of Culture and IMCINE.

The film was funded via #Eficine 189. ¡Congratulations!" tweeted Mexico Minister of Culture María Cristina García Cepeda.
