They are all accomplices
No one can distance themselves from the Bonilla case in Baja California . They are all accomplices for collaborating or for omission , including the President ; the current PAN governor , Francisco Vega de Lamadrid , and the PAN and PRI . The case sparked a debate in Congress , where parliamentary groups clashed. PAN and PRI members attacked the Morena leader, Mario Delgado , who said he will ask Bonilla to decline the extended governorship . Nevertheless, the opposition is still not safe because local lawmakers voted in favor of the constitutional reform that will extend Bonilla's period form 2 to 5 years. And let's not even talk about the PAN : they gave up the state they had governed for 30 years and left with lots of riches.

Martí Batres wants a fair election
We've been told that without an internal process to elect the next Senate leader in September, the decision will be made by Morena , the current leader, Martí Batres feels like he will be displaced. And since all the pressure and criticism come within his own parliamentary group , he has asked the party's National Honesty and Justice Commission to monitor the process, so that there is a “proper procedure.” This will be interesting.
