Alleged members of the (CJNG) delivered food to people in southern Veracruz , in communities like Coatzacoalcos , Córdoba , Tlacotalpan , and Medellin .

In pictures and videos shared on social media , alleged cartel members can be seen delivering groceries in boxes marked with the ’s name.

The video also shows people thanking drug lord , “El Mencho,” and “El Tanque,” a drug trafficker based in Veracruz.
