Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto admitted that there have been differences with the incoming U.S. government administration and he will seek to negotiate issues including trade, security and migration, but Mexico will not pay for Donald Trump's border wall.
“Clearly we have some differences with the incoming U.S. government administration, the border wall, for instance, which Mexico will not pay for," he said.
President Peña Nieto, speaking to an assembly of foreign diplomats, added that he will continue to promote free trade integration in North America.
