U.S. Vice President-elect Mike Pence said yesterday that “there's a variety of ways to make Mexico pay for the border wall” that Donald Trump promised to build to end illegal immigration.
“The president-elect is going to choose the best way forward. We're going to work with the Congress in that regard.” Pence said in an interview with ABC News' The Week.
Pence also said that he is absolutely confident that Trump is going to keep his promise to the American people.
“We're going to secure the border. We're going to build the wall. We're going to end illegal immigration once and for all and we'll find a way to have our neighbors pay for it.” Pence said.
