Mariano Rajoy, sworn in for a second term as Spain's prime minister today, received a phone call from Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto to express his heartfelt congratulation on his appointment.
Rajoy was sworn in before King Felipe at Zarzuela Palace after winning a parliamentary confidence vote on Saturday.
The prime minister will announce his new cabinet on Thursday.
"We will do everything on our part so that Spain gets a stable government," he said.
