Willem Dafoe learns to make handmade tortillas in Michoacán

American actor Willem Dafoe is guest of honor at the 14th edition of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) and will premiere today his latest film, Padre (Father), directed by his wife Giada Colagrande.

During his visit to the state of Michoacán, the renowned actor went to the magical town of Pátzcuaro, where he took pictures with fans and learned to make handmade tortillas.

Dafoe has worked with important directors such as Paul Schrader, Lars von Trier, Oliver Stone, Werner Herzog, Abel Ferrara, Wes Anderson, Spike Lee, and Martin Scorsese.
