The Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT) will host the sixth edition of the Baja Culinary Fest from October 27 – 30, where visitors can enjoy the best of Baja California's cuisine, and participate in workshops and conferences with renowned chefs and industry leaders.

The Baja Culinary Fest aims to boost Baja California's image as an important and world-class gastronomical destination, and to promote the state's tourism industry and its image abroad.

The event is geared towards professional chefs and the general public who are interested in learning more about Baja California's wide variety of seafood, vegetables, wine, and meats, as well as the local street food scene that is common throughout the region.

The event is 3 days of intense flavors, delicious aromas, ecotourism, adventure, romance and discovery.

Around 25 Mexican, American and Argentinean chefs will share their best dishes and knowledge at the festival, and include Eduardo García from Massimo Bistro in Mexico City, Celia Froilán from 15 Letras in Oaxaca and other well-known chefs.
