Mexico City government informed that the group from the National Front for the Family completed their rally “Ángel de la Independencia” landmark and are thus departing from the site, while the LGBTTTI supporters remain present.
Supporters of the National Front for the Family are boarding the caravans of buses back to the states of Jalisco, Guanajuato, Veracruz, Morelos, Michoacán, Estado de México, Querétaro, Oaxaca, Puebla, Guerrero, San Luis Potosí, Yucatán and Hidalgo, as stated by a release from said organization.
According to the reports received by EL UNIVERSAL, from the Mexicio City police department, there are no clashes, arrests or riots to report and the departure of both sides goes without a hitch so far, the agency also states that around 14,000 to 30,000 representatives from the Catholic and Cristian groups from the 32 states of the country marched along Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, from the “Auditorio Nacional” to the “Ángel de la Indepencia”, while the supporters of the LGBTTTI community only added up to 500.
