According to the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred), the monitoring system of Popocatépetl volcano registered 86 low-intensity exhalations and two explosions during the last 24 hours.
Additionally, 20 minutes of harmonic tremor and one volcano-tectonic earthquake with magnitude of 2.7, were registered.
At night, incandescence over the crater was observed.
At the time of this report we can see the volcano with continuous emission of steam and gas heading towards the west.
