According to the report issued by the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred), the Popocatépetl volcano spewed 73 low-intensity exhalations, followed by emissions of gas, steam and ash during the last 24 hours.
Also, four explosions were reported, one yesterday and three today.
Two volcano-tectonic events were also observed yesterday at 10:18 pm with Mc 1.8 magnitude and the other one today at 3:13 am with Mc 1.6 magnitude.
Yesterday night, incandescence over the crater was observed.
