Mexican Minister of the Interior Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong denied that drug lord Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán escaped from prison for a third time.
The Mexican official tweed a photo of “El Chapo” in prison to dispel the Internet rumors, he captioned it “for the rumors, an image."
The rumors spread on social media as a result of an article posted earlier in the day by a false news site called abcnews.com.co.
