At least three people were killed and another one wounded during a combat between different criminal factions in the area known as El Ceñidor, in the municipality of Múgica, Michoacán, as reported by the office of the state Attorney General.
The incident began around 5:00 p.m., when a convoy of criminals arrived in the area of Antúnez and faced their enemies, to retire and regroup moments later.
The combat then moved to El Ceñidor, two miles away, where the as yet unidentified victims were killed.
The authorities tried to arrive at the area, but were repelled by the criminals.
After the combat subsided, the authorities reported the discovery of the bodies and wounded individual, as well as five vehicles and military grade weapons.
