The U.S. dollar rose to $19.25 pesos, a jump of 76 cents since last day, after the announced departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union, according to data from Banamex.
The final results of the Brexit referendum were presented in the early morning.
The dollar innitially went up to $18.88 pesos, but after an announcement of tied up expenses by the Mexican authorities, the greenback was pressured above.
