Guillermo del Toro's personal collection will be featured at LACMA

The exhibition “Guillermo del Toro: At Home with Monsters” will open on July 31 and remain on view through November 27.

The personal collection of paintings, drawings, maquettes, artifacts, and concept film art of Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro will be exhibited at Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

The exhibition “Guillermo del Toro: At Home with Monsters” will open on July 31 and remain on view through November 27.

In addition, films Cronos (1993), Pan’s Labyrinth (2006), and Pacific Rim (2013) will be screened.

“Guillermo del Toro: At Home with Monsters” is organized thematically, beginning with visions of death and the afterlife; continuing through explorations of magic, occultism, horror, and monsters; and concluding with representations of innocence and redemption, according to the LACMA.
