The French and international press highlighted the "glamour" and the low-neckline dresses paraded by Mexican actress Salma Hayek in parallel events held during the Cannes film festival.
The actress, committed to the struggle for gender equality, attended last night the award dinner "Women in Motion" that recognize the contribution of women to cinema.
According to the French magazine Voici, she was "sublime" in a pale pink dress.
The actress met during the gala with her compatriots Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal, and the three posed for the photographers together.
Salma also posed with French singer and actress Vanessa Paradis, a member of the jury in the cinema festival.
The international press also reacted to Salma's charms.
"Salma Hayek flaunts her generous cleavage in a plunging jumpsuit as she arrives at Cannes afterparty on the arms of dapper husband Francois-Henri Pinault," wrote the Daily Mail in a rather long headline.
"The 49-year-old screen siren looked like her glamorous busty self as she celebrated the iconic Cannes Film Festival in France," added the paper.
