Man accused of abusing children at a kindergarten is arrested

Mexico City's Attorney General's Office confirmed the arrest of Rafael Duarte, accused of abusing three children at the kindergarten Montessori Matatena.

Duarte was taken to the Reclusorio Oriente.

Last week Miguel Ángel Mancera, Mexico City mayor, met with five parents who reported that their children were sexually abused at the kindergarten in Benito Juárez district.
