According to the report of Cenapred, the monitoring system of Popocatépetl volcano registered 215 low-intensity exhalations and six explosions during the last 24 hours.
Yesterday, two volcano-tectonic earthquakes were recorded. The first one at 3:01 pm with a magnitude of 1.7, and the second took place at 3:31 pm with a magnitude of 1.6.
Slight incandescence over the crater was observed yesterday night.
At the time of this report, a continuous emission of steam and gas heading to the northeast is observed.
