Agents of the Mexican Criminal Investigation Agency arrested Brenda Berenice Delgado Reynaga in Coahuila, who was recently added on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

"33-year-old Delgado Reynaga is wanted by the District Court of Dallas County, Texas, accused of capital murder," the Attorney General's Office said.

According to the investigation, Delgado Reynaga hired a 31-year-old hitman and a friend to kill Dallas dentist Kendra Hatcher in the parking garage of Hatcher's apartment complex last September.

"Apparently she was jealous because the victim was dating her ex-boyfriend," FBI Special Agent Jason Ibrahim said in a statement.

The FBI offered a reward of $ US100,000 and she was considered armed and dangerous.

Delgado Reynaga will be held at a Mexico City prison pending extradition proceedings.
