Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) reported that four more bodies were found in the Pajaritos petrochemical plant, rising to 32 the number of deaths after the explosion of April 20.
On its Twitter account, Pemex also reported that six bodies are still unidentified, and people are still requesting information about six missing workers.
Therefore, the search labor continues in the plant of the Mexican Petrochemical Vinyl Company (PMV), operated by Mexichem in society with Pemex.
Both companies reported that K9 teams arrived last Saturday in order to check the areas where access has turned out to be more difficult, sometimes aided by specialized machinery.
The authorities are also considering the taking of DNA samples from the people looking for their relatives, in order to compare it with the genetic material of the unidentified bodies.
