A woman who says her mother's former boyfriend raped and abducted her when she was 15 and later became her husband has started testifying in the man's trial.

The now-26-year-old woman took the stand in an Orange County courtroom on Wednesday after her younger sister and mother testified in the trial of 42-year-old Isidro García.

García is charged with raping and kidnapping the teen in 2004. Authorities say she continued to live with García, married him and bore his child until reporting him to police a decade later after reconnecting with her family on Facebook.

The woman looked at García when she entered the courtroom. She said she had not seen him since the custody battle over their daughter.

García has pleaded not guilty and says the girl went with him willingly.
