The Office of the Attorney General of Chihuahua reported the killing of América Maribel Alva, a cable-show host in Ciudad Juárez.
According to spokesperson Julio Castañeda, the woman was killed in front of her son when she arrived at her home in the Infonavit Oasis area.
The minor was unhurt.
Alejandro Barrón, América's sentimental partner, was killed in the area of Infonavit Casas Grandes on November 15.
At the time, she was unhurt and declared before the authorities.
