Mexico supports carbon pricing initiative

President Peña Nieto said that Mexico believes that setting a price on carbon is an effective way of cutting emissions of greenhouse gases and promoting cleaner fuels.

President Enrique Peña Nieto said that for the first time in 20 years, the world could achieve a universal and binding agreement to prevent global temperature from increasing more than two degrees.
