The Governor of Veracruz, Javier Duarte, reported the death of two people during the crash of a helicopter of the Department of Public Security in the vicinity of the airport of El Lencero, less than six miles from the state capital of Xalapa.
Early reports indicate that the helicopter crashed in a soccer field in the community of Dos Ríos.
