Colombian Juan Carlos Osorio, the new coach of the Mexican national soccer team, will visit Europe in order to observe the Mexican player working in the local clubs.

With less than three weeks to announce his first squad, Osorio wants to get closer to the players that could be considered for the start of the process leading to the World Cup Russia 2018.

Osorio and his coaching staff have been at local games in Mexico in order to observe the local players.

Meanwhile, Néstor Mario Marín is getting closer to become the new goalkeeping coach of the Mexican team.

He has been working with Osorio since his tenure in Once Caldas in Colombia, with the team that won the Copa Libertadores de America in 2004.

Mexico will debut in the qualifying round phase of the CONCACAF on November 13, when it will receive El Salvador in the Azteca stadium.
