Chivas Guadalajara owner Jorge Vergara has given a new blow to his wife Angélica Fuentes after a federal judge ordered the return to Mexico of their two daughters, now in the U.S. under custody of the "Queen of Gas".

Judge Kathleen Cardone determined in Texas that young Valentina and María Ignacia must return to Mexico on September 21, after being unable to find any risks to their security as Fuentes expressed.

“There is no evidence that Vergara or Fuentes wanted the girls to live outside of Mexico. Both are Mexican citizens and therefore Mexico is the country of residence of the girls. When Fuentes took them away there was no limiting order for the custody rights on the girls," expressed the judge.

In any case, the ruling does not determine that the children will be delivered to Vergara, just their return to Mexico, where the controversy between their parents remain to be solved.
