Controversial tycoon Donald Trump got the best position for Thursday's debate between the candidates for the Republican presidential nomination, with Jeb Bush, Scott Walker and seven other members of the party making it to the first cut of the campaign.
Seven others will be excluded, including Carly Fiorina, former director of Hewlett-Packard, and Rick Perry, former governor of Texas, who has been relegated to a forum prior to the debate and to a second-tier status among the applicants.
