The Department of Public Security of Mexico City reported that dissident teachers are arriving at the monument known as the 'Angel of the Independence' to begin a protest against the educational reforms and the general tests for education professionals in the country.
The dissidents are interfering with normal traffic over the main avenue of Paseo de la Reforma, to the west.
