After undergoing surgery to remove his gallbladder last week, President Enrique Peña Nieto will travel on Wednesday to Peru to participate in the 10th Summit of the Pacific Alliance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed.
The Mexican president will stay in Peru from July 1 to July 3, according to the ministry.
Enrique Peña Nieto will participate in the Summit of the Pacific Alliance to discuss the progress made on technical groups, new integration proposals, and produce a complete assessment since their last meeting.
Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, and 32 observing representatives of states and international organizations will participate in the meeting.
